Success
is measured by comparison. We do not
set up the standards, we compare, and then we see the difference. When the
difference is to our disadvantage we are upset. We can pretend that we do not care
(but inside we are uneasy). We still may try to like the way we are (just repeat 100
times a day someone said to me: 'I like myself the way I am' - if I do like, I do not need
to repeat it, if I do not, then I feel I am lying to myself and that is difficult).
I tried at least 15 different diet programs, every time I started a diet I was
miserable, low in energy and hungry like a wolf,.. did I lose weight(?)..... Oh, yes, I
did, I lost weight every time I was on any diet, all together I lost over 500 pounds or
more, and every time - before 6-8 weeks passed, I had the same weight back- it worked like
a magic, I could keep the new weight only for a week or two. On and off I was going
like that for over 5 years. Then I heard about a diet from Cambridge,
England. I did not even want to try it, but some how, I decided to try
it (after reading everything possible about it) - for the last time - I promised
myself. I lost 41 pounds in 3.5 weeks, I did not feel hungry,
I was full of energy and I was shrinking: the first went my belly and upper legs - which
was great - then my arms and my face (before the program my face looked like a full
moon). I was like new. That was almost 3 years ago. I still maintain the same
weight today. I do not exercise - because I do not like it, I eat anything I like, and I did not
gain a pound. I do have Weigh Care soup or shake for breakfast; since it tastes
great, and it is loaded with vitamins. It is much healthier to start a day like this
rather then with coffee. |
